474 Platform Terms & Conditions of Use
Please read this document carefully before using 474's services. By registering for or using this platform, you agree to be bound by all of the terms set out below.

1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing, registering for, or using any part of the 474 platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be fully bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are not permitted to use the 474 platform.
These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you as the user and 474 as the platform operator. Continued use of the platform following any changes will be deemed acceptance of the updated terms.
The 474 platform is only available to individuals aged 18 and above. By registering an account, you confirm that you meet this minimum age requirement. Any registration made by an underage individual is invalid and the account may be terminated without notice.

2. Account Creation & Security
Each user is permitted to hold only one active account on 474. You must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information during registration. False or misleading information may result in your account being suspended or terminated.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account password. Any activity that occurs under your account is considered your own action.
You are encouraged to use a strong password and to never share your login credentials with anyone. If you suspect that your account has been accessed without authorisation, please contact the 474 support team immediately.
474 will never ask for your password via email, message, or phone call. Be vigilant against phishing attempts that claim to represent this platform.
3. User Responsibilities & Platform Usage Rules
As a 474 platform user, you agree to abide by all of the following rules when using our services:
- Not using the platform for any activity that is unlawful or violates regulations in force in Malaysia.
- Not attempting to hack, disrupt, or abuse the technical systems of the 474 platform.
- Not using automated software, bots, or third-party tools to exploit the betting or gaming system.
- Not opening multiple accounts to circumvent restrictions or manipulate bonuses.
- Not distributing content that is defamatory, offensive, or harmful to other users.
- Not attempting to transfer your account balance to a third party without explicit authorisation from 474.
- Complying with all betting limits and withdrawal limits set by the platform from time to time.
- Taking full responsibility for all betting decisions made through your account.
Violation of any of the above rules may result in disciplinary action, including a warning, temporary suspension, or permanent termination of your account without a refund of any outstanding balance.
4. Payment Information & MYR Transactions
All financial transactions on the 474 platform are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). You are responsible for ensuring that the payment method you use is valid and registered in your own name.
Deposits successfully credited to your 474 account are non-refundable except in exceptional circumstances assessed on a case-by-case basis by our team. Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply depending on your chosen payment method.
474 is not responsible for delays caused by third parties such as banks or e-wallet operators.
Withdrawals may only be made to a bank account or e-wallet that has been verified under the same name as your 474 account. 474 reserves the right to request identity verification documents before processing withdrawals that exceed a certain amount.
Withdrawal processing times vary depending on your chosen method and may take anywhere from a few minutes to 24 business hours.
Any fraudulent activity, money laundering, or misuse of the payment system will be reported to the relevant authorities, and the account in question will be terminated immediately.
5. Liability Limits, Account Policy & Intellectual Property
474 is not liable for any direct or indirect losses arising from your use of this platform, including losses due to technical disruptions, system errors, or betting outcomes. You use this platform at your own risk.
474 reserves the right to suspend or close any user account at any time if there is evidence of fraud, a breach of terms, or suspicious activity. Users whose accounts are terminated for violating these terms are not entitled to a refund of their account balance.
All content, logos, brand names, designs, software, and materials on the 474 platform are the exclusive property of 474 or its licensors. You may not copy, distribute, or use any of this content without prior written permission.

Changes to These Terms
474 reserves the right to modify, update, or replace any part of these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. The latest version will always be available on this page. It is your responsibility to check this page periodically to ensure you remain compliant with the current terms.
Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these terms shall be resolved through the jurisdiction of a competent court in Malaysia.
